Baby Shower 2.0

Last month, I blogged about Pink, Brown & Polka dot themed baby shower. Well this month, I am blogging for a friend’s yellow & green themed baby shower. Sex of the baby will remain a mystery till August but nevertheless there was plenty of food, friends and children running around.

I have to be honest . . . I was so nervous right before meeting up with these two. Girls at their age love to be in front of the camera but I wasn’t sure how the boys (almost 3 & 5) would react to the me. But soon as I arrived at their house, mom put on music by The Wiggles and started the party! HOT POTATO, HOT POTATO~~~ These two hammed it up the entire time. And since the photo session was close to Father’s day weekend, we got few shots of the boys with their Dad. Happy Belated Father’s day!

I’ve known these two kids for over 2 years now. They’re growing so fast! I’ll miss them so much when their family moves down south this summer.

And . . . also announcing the newest addition to our family – Welcome.

eSession w/ Girls with Big Cameras

Girls with Big Cameras is a group of local female photogs who are starting out in engagement session business. I got a chance to shoot with them this past weekend in Old Towne, Alexandria. Liz and Rhett showed up with their 5 year cocker spaniel – Steel. Isn’t he a cutie? We had a great time and I think it shows . . .

Fuzzy Dog, Hello Kitty and more babies!

Ok – I don’t know how but I’ve been basically shooting every single weekend since May. I’ve had so much fun but now i’m really backed up on work. Plus we’re out of commission with comcast cable. I have no internet, TV, phone service and its been almost 3 weeks since i’ve watched TV at home. COMCAST SUCKS!! BRING VERZION FIOS TO ALEXANDRIA!!!
