Justyne & Matt had a beautiful wedding at the Hyatt Dulles few weeks ago. But before I blog the images from their special day, I have to rewind and blog some good times we had during their esession.

McKenna is going to celebrate her first birthday this weekend so I met up with her family for her 1 year portrait session in Old Town Alexandria. From the moment I met her, her family reminded me of mine. Those of who know me personally, I have a good number of nieces and nephews. ;) Her two older brothers accompanied her . . . and rest is history.
While this princess was getting ready for her photo session, her brothers started wrestling in the background. I love it!

Ollie & Kyle live in NJ but they came to VA to celebrate Kyle’s first birthday with their extended family. And I was fortunate enough to meet up with them in Old Town for casual family photo session. I loved working with these two boys. Ollie showed me all the poses he practiced with his aunt (thank you auntie – you rock!) and Kyle was so chilled out. Check out their session!

The thinker . . . .

Caught the parents looking at each other . . . . I CAUGHT YOU!!

Hip hip hooray! My baby niece has turned 1! For those of you who follow my blog, you might recognize her from this post. Look how much she’s grown in 6 months! I’m so proud of her.
Although she lives in California, she came to DC for her 1 year portrait session. So this proud aunt took her out to town.

Remember this little guy? Baby Milo is not so little any more . . . He’s a big brother! Milo welcomed his baby brother Max into this world with a big, juicy, sweet kiss! Awwww~~ Check out how sweet these two brother can be.

Last week, I FINALLY attended Brianna Graham’s Urban session workshop right here in DC. Brianna is not only an amazing photographer but she truly is an artist dedicated to her love of photography. I was so inspired by her passion. It gave me a real creative boost I’ve been searching for this past year. Some images from the workshop. Enjoy!

Sometimes, it just happens. Its hard not to fall these cuties!
I met up with Baby Taeil couple of weeks ago and we just hit it off. This baby just opened his arms out to me and came into my arms within first 10 seconds of our first meeting. And the best part – he didn’t let go. It was like I’ve known this baby his whole life – all 12 months! It was a great start to a fabulous 1st year portrait session. HOW CUTE IS HE??? When he got into his hanbok, it reminded me of some Korean royalty. Check it out!

My friend Inhar Chong invited me to photograph a wedding for Christina & Peter. Christina was so outgoing and fun, I hardly felt like I was working at this wedding. Its all about the bride!!
