Baby Portraits | Micah @ 6 months

First year of baby’s life is so exciting. They change so much – so fast! But my favorite stage has to be when they are 6-7 months old. Babies are so adorable at this age. They sit on their own, socially respond with smiles and are so darn cute.

I’ve been photographing Micah since he was 2 months old. He’s just getting cuter and cuter!

Casual Session | Helen, Justin + Lola

Helen & Justin brought their bulldog puppy Lola out and about to DC for their casual family session. Lola was bit intimidated by her first city experience but she got the hang of the city scene.

1st Year Portraits | Brandon

It was a typical August summer day – HOT & HUMID! I even heard the news call Sunday THE hottest day so far. But the hot, bright, sunny, 101 degree weather couldn’t keep this baby from hammin’ it up for my camera. B’s going to celebrate his 1st birthday in 2 weeks. He’s grown so much since I first shot him in January. He’s developed a fine sense of fashion style as well.

Portraits | Little Buddies for life

I recently met with 3 moms who wanted to get their children together for some group photos. I instantly thought how much fun it would be but the mom’s kept warning me that I might never want to do a group session after time with their 6 kiddos (ages 2 – 8). Hahaha! I said “BRING IT ON!” I think all mom’s feel that way before every photo session. But I hope these images will prove all you doubting mother’s wrong! I had so much fun and I think the kids did too.
