I first met Peter in one of Hyon’s workshops. He’s an amazing photographer and I’ve always admired his work. So when he asked me to cover his son’s 1st birthday party, I almost fainted. But I couldn’t resist the offer to meet his cuties. Naomi has the biggest smile & personality in all of Maryland and Tobi – well, he’s just cute as a button. These two were professionals in front of the camera.

Alex’s Dohl Party

Alex celebrated his first birthday in style. Although Alex turned only 1, his birthday was attended by many friends, decorated with fun balloons (by littlebuddiloons) and delicious birthday cupcakes. All his friends are definite cuties!

Last month, I visited the windy city for the first time to attend Audrey Woulard’s (My FAVORITE photographer) workshop. Her work is amazing and I got to see the master at work. She invited a family of 5 to come model for the workshop. Can you believe these kids belong to 1 family?

Summer Fun

I can’t believe we’ve officially entered the Fall season. While I hate to bid farewell to Summer, I’m so excited that my favorite season has arrived. I LOVE living in Virginia during fall . . . can’t wait till leaves turn their color.  Anyways, here are some images of my niece and nephews from the summer.

I’ve been meeting A LOT of 1 year olds lately. They are all part of Chinese astrology’s Golden Pig year, which comes once every 600 years, bestowing extra helpings of wealth and good fortune. And it seems like they were all born in August. hahaha. This little cutie pie is going to have her first birthday in August. She is so sweet with a bubbling personality. I loved her funny glasses!

Kang Triplets

I know twins are more common these days but I’m still fascinated by them. What’s more fascinating than twins? TRIPLETS!  Meet Kang triplets – Elliot, Joelle and Samuel.  They are precious children to old family friend and I finally got to meet the triplets.  All 3 have a personality of their own and I couldn’t get enough of each of them. Their mom keeps a blog about adventures of raising multiples.  Check them out!

This sweetie pie is almost 1 year old! She loves to walk with little bit of assistance but she’s a quick learner. And that has not stopped this baby girl from stocking up on the most adorable collection of baby shoes.

Arrival of newborn

Well, in some ways I feel like I’ve waited my entire life for her . . . Here she is! My niece Emma Grace. Isn’t she adorable? She looks so peaceful when she sleeps. The weather was bit warm (it was 113 degrees where she is) for the knit hat & bootie set from Handmade Baby Gifts but she looks fabulous striking a pose next to it.

I had my first beach session last week! Salt Creek Beach in Orange County California spoiled me. all I can say is . . . WOW (like how flavor fav says it) . . . WOW~~~~. I’m seriously thinking about flying out there more frequently so I can do these types of sessions more often.
