I am thrilled to be documenting Hollie & Jack’s DC wedding later this year. September is a beautiful month in DC and this super fabulous deserves nothing less. They are the sweetest couple ever!

Engagement | Justyne + Matt

Justyne & Matt had a beautiful wedding at the Hyatt Dulles few weeks ago. But before I blog the images from their special day, I have to rewind and blog some good times we had during their esession.

Esession @ Georgetown

Couple of Sundays ago, Desiree & Joe came all the way from Baltimore to have their Esession at our favorite spot in Georgetown. They were beautiful, spontaneous and so much fun to be around. It really turned out to be one of my favorite session this year! Joe’s Philly Eagles were playing during the photo shoot, so I gave him live updates from my iphone :)!

Urban eSession

I met up with Claire for another esession and instead of meeting at our normal spot in Old Town Alexandria, we met in Georgetown.  Meet Kelsy & Scott and their diva pug, Lily.  Lily was adopted by Kelsey & Scott only 2 weeks prior to the photo session but showed no signs of adjusting to her new life. From the looks of the photo, they look like they’ve been together forever. 🙂

Old Town, Alexandria

I am proud to live in our nation’s capital. I think DC and its surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful. I met up with Girls with Big Cameras again for another engagement session with Tara & Andrew in Old Town Alexandria. It was the week after the big 4th of July celebration but Old Town still looked patriotic and proud.

Esession – Downtown Fairfax

Congratulations to Patrick & Eunice who will be walking down the isle in less than a month! The engagement session was originally planned for Old Town, Alexandria but mother nature had other plans for that part of town. So we moved the location to historical part of downtown Fairfax at the Joshua Gunnell house which has been around since 1830.

eSession w/ Girls with Big Cameras

Girls with Big Cameras is a group of local female photogs who are starting out in engagement session business. I got a chance to shoot with them this past weekend in Old Towne, Alexandria. Liz and Rhett showed up with their 5 year cocker spaniel – Steel. Isn’t he a cutie? We had a great time and I think it shows . . . 🙂
